SMPD Properties was started by two
entrepeneurs Dinah and Isaac with a group
of dedicated and creative team members
such as engineers and architects. We have
experience for 21 years in the construction
industry. We are a multicultural group of
people with one vision in mind to change and
impact communities through job creation and
skills evelopment. We have incorporated
the company activities to the current
construction industry to be flexible and
adaptable to the needs of the economy.
